La Quinta Inn & Suites is a hidden gem in Las Vegas. This two and half star airport hotel deserves a much better rating than it gets and you do not have to to take my word for it. If you visit websites like Hotels.com and Expedia.com you will soon see that this small budget hotel has one of the highest customer ratings in las Vegas.
La Quinta Inn & Suites is located near the airport Las Vegas south. It is south of the strip and close to the Thomas and Mack Center, the Wildhorse Golf Club, and University of Nevada-Las Vegas. The hotel is also conveniently placed in relation to a lot of other attractions in the area, including the popular Bali Hai Gold Club.
At USD 89 a night La Quinta is in the lower end of the price scale but that does not mean that you have to forsake conveniences such as a pool, flat screen TV, satellite TV, free Wifi and free local phone calls. (Many other Las Vegas hotel, including more upscale hotels, charge extra for WiFi.)

The La Quinta Inn & Suites is the perfect hotel for anyone who are on a budget but still plan on bringing or renting a car to get round in the city. If you do not plan on having a car, the transportation cost might be high enough to warrant another hotel closer to wherever you plan to spend your time.
La Quinta Inn & Suites is also a good choice, at least for the first night, if you are arriving to the Las Vegas South airport at night as it is close to the airport and a great place to rest up for the next day. Of course, it also convenient if you need to catch an early morning flight out of Las Vegas south.
