In Tower 2 at The Signature, you will enjoy the delights of a delicatessen, featuring handcrafted sandwiches, salads, soups and contemporary pasta dishes as well as homemade pastries and gelato all using the finest seasonal ingredients. This delectable deli will offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Available for in-house dining or carryout, the eatery will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for breakfast and lunch. In addition, Guests at the Signature have full access to the MGM Grand’s Restaurants.
