The Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel first gained fame as the home of Bugsy Siegel, the notorious gangster. The hotel has changed since Bugsy’s days to now become one of Vegas’ premier resort destinations, located right on “The Strip” across the street from the Mirage and Caesars Palace.
This large hotel is one of the world famous Harrah’s group of hotels, sister hotel to Caesars Palace, Bally’s, Paris, Bill’s (next door), Imperial Palace and the spectacular all-suite Rio Suite Hotel. Directions to The Flamingo
From McCarran International Airport head north on Paradise Road continuing on as it becomes Swenson Street. Turn left (west) on Tropicana Avenue to Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip). Turn right (north) onto Las Vegas Boulevard and continue approximately 1-½ mile to the Flamingo Las Vegas on the right side of The Strip.
From the I-15 Freeway, take the Flamingo Road East off ramp. Turn right onto Flamingo Road to Las Vegas Boulevard (approximately ¼-mile). Turn left (north) onto Las Vegas Boulevard to the Flamingo Las Vegas entrance (approx. 200 yards).
