THE VILLAS AT POLO TOWERS

STUDIO
All Studio sleeping rooms offer either a double size pull-out sofa bed or queen size Murphy-style bed. This room will accommodate maximum of 2 people only. Crib or rollaway not availble for this room.

The Polo Towers and Villas Studio Suites feature a mini kitchenette area with bar size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and stemware & silverware for 2 people. The Studio unit offers shower stall only.

ONE BEDROOM

• The One Bedroom Suite offers a comfortable King size bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room area. Maximum occupancy for this room is 4 persons.

• Two bedroom accommodation features one King size bed in the master room and two queen size Murphy-style beds and can sleep up to 6 people. There's plenty of room to relax and you'll enjoy panoramic views of Las Vegas from your private balcony.

• The studio features the same decor, furniture, amenities, and views as the one and two-bedroom suites. Maximum sleeping accommodations in the Studio is 2 persons.
  

• Each one-bedroom, one-bath suite at Polo Towers offers outstanding luxury and convenience. Features include balcony, designer collection furnishings, and fully-equipped kitchens -- all enhanced by sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip, east valley or the nearby mountains. Whether you visit as a couple or use the sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests, you'll find everything you need for perfect Las Vegas vacation. There is one King size bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room OR a queen size Murphy bed. This unit can sleep up to 4 persons.

• Each two-bedroom, two-bath suite at Polo Towers offers outstanding luxury and convenience. Features include balcony, designer collection furnishings, and fully-equipped kitchens -- all enhanced by sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip, the east valley or the nearby mountains. Whether you visit as a couple or use the sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests, you'll find everything you need for the perfect Las Vegas vacation. FAMILY WATER PARK & PLAY AREA
The outdoor Family Water Park & Play Area features a 15-inch deep children's wading pool with a water cascading umbrella fountain, a water play area with water sprayers, water buckets, and water nozzles. The center area features water fountains that dance in sync to a variety of music each hour. A jungle gym play area out of the water has slides, tunnels, and climbing. >b>The Family Water Park & Play Area is open daily from 8:00am-10:00pm. NOTE: An adult must accompany all children under the age of 14.
