• Valid credit card required as security deposit for any incidentals used during stay
• Maximum length of stay is 14 nights per reservation. Back-to-back reservations not allowed
• Minimum length of reservation is 2 nights - Saturday night arrivals not permitted
• NOTE: Effective 1-1-08, the 2-night mim stay is waived and SAT night arrivals will be accepted
• Maximum sleeping occupancy is 4 persons
• Extra person rate currently in effect and established by hotel will be charged
• Hotel charges full rate for all guests regardless of age
• Telephone surcharge: A $1 per room per night has been implemented for unlimited, local and toll free calls and will be added to the guests' incidentals account.
• Refrigerators are available at a $10 per night surcharge.
• Energy surcharge: An energy surcharge of $3 per room per night has been implemented. The total amount for the energy surcharge will be added to the guests' incidental account.
• Hotel reserves the right to charge for all nights booked regardless of early check-out
